What does the job look like?
As a Client Services Representative, you will be the key liaison between our business and its customers where you will assume ownership of the client relationships and develop a strong connections to position the business as an important service partner. This will involve participation in monthly operations meetings with account managers, where managing client expectations as well as resolving client issues will be a focus. Key areas:
- Act as an escalation point for customer operational issues, incident management and fault resolution
- Being able to think ‘outside the box’ to offer alternate solutions
- Participation in the reporting process and provide relevant commentary for inclusion in end of month reports
- Project scoping and implementation
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and manage the contract from A to Z
- Maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Vast experience in account management
- Solid business acumen, judgement and good financial understanding
- Comprehension of Service Level Agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Work in a collaborative and supportive spirit to achieve the greatest possible team orientated outcomes
- High competency using MS Office Applications - Intermediate Excel skills
