What does the job look like?
Responsible for the facilitation, development and validation of company training and instruction packages with a particular focus on safety and operational delivery for our SA and WA Branches. Key areas include:
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for self and others
- Schedule, facilitate and document all operational training in the region
- Develop training packages and/or support materials in collaboration with the Organisational Development
- Provide on the job coaching support for employees
- Identify and assess skill gaps and training needs
Are you the one?
As a natural influencer, you have a proven ability to motivate, influence and encourage staff. You can demonstrate:
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment
- Previous experience in an operational training position
- Ability to think laterally and provide training solutions to operational needs
- Organise and schedule training
- Facilitate training in both classroom and workplace contexts
- All relevant security, vehicle and plant equipment licenses and accreditations will be viewed favourably
