What does the job look like?
The Test Analyst will support testing activities for projects covering application changes across a number of products and platforms, particularly needing to physically utilise ATM hardware, in a Test Lab environment. Responsibilities will include test case design, test execution for designated projects, and test artifact reporting. Key areas include:
- Execute test cases physically on an ATM/IDM
- Write test cases from the requirements
- Record defects with details needed by the developers
- Read, understand and analyse ATM logs and journals across the software stack
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholder’s
Are you the one?
As the Test Analyst you will liaise professionally with customers, colleagues, developers and vendors, in a fast moving, global working environment. As someone who loves improvement, you will support all continuous improvement activities. You can demonstrate:
- Prior experience testing applications at a functional level and test case execution
- Highly experienced in writing and documenting Test Cases and results
- Good understanding of test data preparation and configuration
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, in particular Agile and Waterfall methodology.
- Experience working in wide range of testing phases (System, SIT, Regression, Performance, load testing)
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira, Quality Centre, Bugzilla
