What does the job look like?

This role will be based at Frenchs Forest and oversee software implementation and release for the ATM network whilst interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Key areas include:

• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders 
• Oversee software implementation and releases for the ATM network
• Remote deployment and building of gold disk software images to be used by the fleet of technician in reloading software on the ATM Network 
• Providing software support to the ATM Test Team by loading software onto ATMs and assisting with issues
• Suggest improvements and automates repetitive tasks

You can demonstrate:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (mainly Win10)
• Experience in at least 1 scripting language
• Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills – verbal and written with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical people
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work from various sites as required
• Willingness to learn the complex work of ATM’s, banking and the interaction between hardware and software
