About the Team

You’ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering secure, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes. What does the job look like?

Working in an existing team, you are the first point of call from clients that require our assistance. Key areas:

• Customer service over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
• Ensure the system is up to date will all requests
• Coordinate with technicians to assist when needed
• Update clients with the status of their jobs
• Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls

You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well. You can demonstrate:

• Customer service focus
• Solution orientated attitude
• Demonstrates a natural flair for building relationships, influencing outcomes, and coordinating tasks efficiently
• Strong computer skills - confident in using various computer programs and systems, with the ability to multitask across platforms
• An excellent attitude with a desire to learn and develop
