About the Team

You’ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative team that takes pride in delivering secure, reliable, and customer-focused outcomes. What does the job look like?

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues and ensure service requests are managed efficiently. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll coordinate schedules, provide timely updates, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Key areas:

• Provide customer service over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
• Ensure the system is up to date will all requests
• Coordinate and schedule work when needed
• Update clients with the status of their jobs
• Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls

You are an excellent communicator - someone who listens and responds effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing responsiveness, accuracy and confidence managing schedules and priorities. You can demonstrate:
