What does the job look like?

We are seeking an experienced Repair Centre Technician to join the team within our ITS (Integrated Technology Services) Business Unit. Surrounded by a team of experienced technicians, you will feel right at home! Key areas of the role include:

• Repairing ATMs in the repair centre
• Identifying faults and troubleshooting issues
• Performing component level repairs
• Testing repaired components and units to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintaining accurate records or repairs, parts and work conducted

Are you the one?

You don’t need ATM experience—we’ll teach you that. What matters is your repair mindset and hands-on skills:

• Previous experience within repairs on mechanical devices (including gaming/ Eftpos/printers/parking ticket machines, remote cars, scooters and more!)
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Outstanding work ethic with a drive to meet deadlines
