What does the job look like?

Working within our Murarrie branch and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the despatch operations for the afternoon shift. This hands-on leadership role will see you supervising a team, driving service excellence, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Key area include:  

• Lead and support the despatch team including rostering and staff allocation
• Supervise and coordinate daily despatch activities to ensure secure, accurate, and timely movement of cash and valuables
• Manage time and competing priorities to ensure smooth operations and deadlines are consistently met
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure a high standard of customer service
• Maintaining customer service levels to meet delivery and service deadlines
• Supporting safety by driving WH&S initiatives across the team
• Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies
